DAO Structure

MPAA DAO consists of three parts: The Rebuilding Fathers, Devotioner, and The people. They will all work together to achieve their 'Utopia' of the United States, the world, and express their opinions.

“The Rebuilding Fathers” means 13 people who have the power to set the agenda for two Great Votes, excluding the approval rating vote for U.S. presidential candidates. Six of the 13 members are selected based on the Rich list of MPAA tokens, while six are selected based on the most dedicated work for MPAA in the DAO. The other one will be selected as the vote of the 'The People'.

"Devotioner" are people who commit themselves to the success and development for the MPAA. It is selected by the performance of internal and external tasks, and it is the role of leading the MPAA by demonstrating their talents and leadership such as marketing, community management, and content production.

'The People' is an essential member of the MPAA project. They will buy tokens, express their opinions, and actively vote for the camp they support. It is also their important role to form an independent community and build a one force in solidarity with members of the same opinion.

Governance

MPAA governance consists of three 'Great Votes'.

The 'First Great Vote' is the approval rating vote of the U.S. presidential candidate. This is the most basic and fundamental vote, and people can vote for who can make the new PAX AMERICANA, and "Better world for America" VS "Better world by America."

The "Second Great Vote" is a vote on a topic that is currently the most talked about worldwide. There is nothing right or wrong. People can vote for the side their support. The first agenda will be submitted by the founder of MPAA.

And subsequent agendas will be submitted by the Fathers of Reconstruction.

The "Third Great Vote" is a vote to decide where to donate the donations accumulated to the foundation. The agenda will be submitted by "The Rebuilding Fathers". Of the submitted agendas, only those with more than half the approval are formally selected.

"The People" votes on the submitted agenda, and donations will be delivered according to the will of "The People" as soon as they are selected.

Donation

MPAA donations are transparently credited and used. Where to deliver the donation is determined only by the users of the DAO. 2% tax on 'taker/maker' Of these, 50% will be accumulated as donations, 25% will be accumulated as reserves to DAO, and 25% will be accumulated as marketing funds.

Goals

Humans cannot achieve complete decentralization for essential reasons, and all democratic organizational structures result in centralization with proxies. This is because many individuals only want to enjoy rights and do not want to take responsibility. Returning individual rights from centralized organizations means also bringing obligations as well, but people do not want responsible rights.

Therefore, the key to a decentralized organization lies in how fluid and flexible the organization is. Human history circulates between centralization and decentralization, but depicts a spiral structure that gradually advances, and blockchain is an infrastructure that is likely to give high elasticity to centralization structurally.

A perfectly decentralized organization may sound like a utopia, but this is an organization that is nowhere, and it is the world. Therefore, we used the stretchy oligarchs as a model for decentralized organizations. Our purpose is to investigate, collect and gather popular opinions. Through this, it is based on the representative system of delivering donations for a better world. We do not offer a standard of right and wrong. The representative only represents the opinions of the people (of course, not overly biased, not overly evil), and the direction is decided by the people.
